People who were in the Senior Correction Center in Mamobi, Accra on Monday, October 2, got to experience the kind, caring, and giving touch of Nana Kobo, a famous Ghanaian businessman and philanthropist.

Nana Kobo and the famous Ghanaian hi-life singer Kwabena Kwabena paid a traditional visit to the prison to show support for the prisoners and give them hope for a better life, even though they were going through tough times.

Nana Kobo was joined on his trip by Kwabena Kwabena, a famous Ghanaian hi-life artist. This made the event even more important. Together, they tried to lift the prisoners’ moods and give them hope for a better future, even though things were hard for them right now.

One of Nana Kobo’s amazing acts of kindness was giving away many useful things worth hundreds of thousands of cedis. There were bags of rice, boxes of drinking water, packs of different drinks, different foods, and toiletries among these things. All of them will help the prisoners while they are in jail.

The Senior Correction Centre also received an unknown but substantial amount of money from Nana Kobo in addition to the items she donated.

Before giving the money, Nana Kobo held a party for the prisoners and spoke some important and priceless words of motivation and inspiration to them.

Nana Kobo told the prisoners an amazing story to show them that they shouldn’t give up on life and should keep hoping for the best.

He told them to take advantage of some of the chances the jail gave them so that they could change their lives when they got out.

“Don’t give up hope,” I told them. There will be hard times in your life, but don’t give up. Life is not easy. You’ll go through hard times and suffer, but in the end you’ll be great.

“We took our time and planned out our lives. We fell, but we got back up, which is why we’re here now. So that you can have examples one day, let your lives look like Christ’s. “God bless you all and help you get through these hard times,” he said.

Kwabena Kwabena, for his part, kept the prisoners happy with some of his hit and motivational songs and told them to never give up hope.
