Medikal To Host Planning And Plotting Album Concert In December.
On Saturday, December 16, rapper Medikal will present a performance titled “Planning and Plotting” at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
The next performance will provide the 2020 VGMA HipHop Artiste of the Year winner the opportunity to sing songs off his 14-track Planning and Plotting album, which was just released at the Marina Mall.
Sowutuom, My Way, Sokoo, Big Man Tin, Hope, We Made It, and Scary are among the songs from his album that he will sing live.
In an interview with Graphic Showbiz during the album’s media launch, which included Lasmid, Samini, Kofi Kinaata, Sista Afia, Shatta Wale, Tulenkey, Jupitar, and other industry personalities, Medikal said that the event would also have performances by certain industry pals.

“The fans will be able to see me perform songs from my most recent album, which features Ofori Amponsah, Sarkodie, Jay Bahd, Sherifa Gunu, Shatta Wale, Pear Thusi, Mayorkun, and Tom D’Frick.”
“Almost all the artistes I have featured on the Planning and Plotting album will be there to support me on the night,” he said.
Medikal, born Samuel Adu Frimpong, made his debut in 2016 with Too Risky, which featured Sister Derby. Other songs he has released include Ayekoo with King Promise, La Hustle, Confirm, Omo Ada, and Father featuring Davido, among others.
Among the honors he has received are Hiphop/Hiphop Act of the Year at the 3Music Awards in 2021 and Hiphop/Hiphop Artist of the Year at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in 2021.
